The 15-kV Megohm-meter provides direct reading up to 100,000 MW at 5 kV and up to 200,000 MW at 10 kV, with a multiplying factor for all other voltages up to 15 kV. It also features an internal voltage stabilizer that may be activated for improved measurement under extreme field conditions. The unit is suitable for dielectric absorption and step-voltage testing. It has been NIST calibrated with data from March 21, 2015 and includes a 1 year NIST traceable certificate of calibration. The megger functions are guaranteed to work or money will be refunded (buyer pays return shipping only). The unit features a continuously variable test voltage, a large analog display and circuit breaker protection. It is designed to withstand harsh field conditions, with tough and impact-resistant casing, removable lids and adjustable carrying straps.
