Part No. USR 2005 5V DC, 0…4 out Short-Circuit-Proof Made in Switzerland Dimensions: 6" x 3-1/2" x 1-1/4" Weight 1 lbs. 2 oz. Good used cosmetic condition. The host unit looked near new, but required an unusual power cord we could not obtain, so we were unable to power on the equipment to test.
