 New never used. These came to me in bulk packaging. Your bidding is for one fiber coupler only. (The laser/laser diode assembly shown in the last photo is for demonstration purposes only. It's to show where the fiber coupler is located in the laser head for your reference. Nothing in this particular image is included in this bidding auction.) This is a fiber coupler for 19 emitter FAC'ed laser diode array bars that was made to be used in the Melles Griot 58-GLS/BLD series Laser. They were used to couple the laser light for pumping the cavity. There is 19 separate fibers in the coupler that all come to a point at the end. The spacing between the 19 fibers on the input side is 500um or 0.50mm. This fiber coupler will also work for other laser needs and not just limited to the above laser head. If your array bar diode has a FAC Lens "Fast Axis Collimation" on it and you know the spacing of the 19 emitters to be at 500um or 0.50mm with less then <30W of power this will work great to couple your diode. To give you an idea this coupler is similar to what you would see in a FAP "Fiber Array Package" diode but much easier to work with since it's all contained in one aluminum module rather then like in a FAP diode all the fibers are individual aligned one by one with adhesive. Each one of these fiber coupler have a number code on them. There is no difference between them other than the number. So please note you might not recieve the exact number code that you see in the images. The fiber coupler number codes I have are N6756 and N6732. You will recieve one of these in the order I wrote them. The fiber coupler will ship in a protective small case just like the image shows. Thank You!!!
