The thermostat can go from 70 to 200F temp, and the cabinet has universal wire slides. The cabinet can hold up to five 18" x 26" or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pan capacity, on 3" O.C. (adjustable on 1-1/2" increments). The cabinet also has 3" casters and is made of aluminum. It is 120v/60/1-ph, 1440 watts, 12 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P, UL, CUL, and NSF certification.
