Shipping & Handling Fee Shipping & Handling prices include our time to pack your item, as well as the materials, including boxes, Insta-Pack, peanuts, bubble wrap, pallet, or whatever your item requires to arrive to you safely. U.S. Shipping Our stated shipping fee for the U.S. is for the lower 48 states and is UPS, FedEx, or USPS at our option. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or other U.S. Territories please contact us for a shipping quote. You are welcome to use your own carrier to pick up and ship your item, after item is paid for. Depending on size and weight, there may be a fee of up to $50 to cover time and packing materials. This fee applies only if you are arranging your own shipping. This fee is already part of the listed shipping charge. Our facility has a loading dock and is capable of handling large/heavy items. At this time, we cannot ship to a PO Box. Freight Shipments (Large/Heavy Items) Special terms will apply if your item requires shipment via a freight carrier due to either weight or dimensions. Freight items will be delivered to a loading dock, or if specified in the quote, a lift gate service to the curb. If additional delivery service is required (inside delivery), it must be requested and quoted prior to payment. Undeliverable items will be brought to the shipper’s terminal and will require pickup there by the purchaser. Please contact us for freight quotes prior to bid or purchase to ensure we are quoting what you need. You are welcome to use your own freight carrier to ship freight items. There is a $50 Palletization Fee, which includes time, a pallet, shrink wrap, straps, packing materials; whatever your item needs to arrive to you safely. International Shipping International Customers, please contact us for a shipping quote. Due to recent issues, we are forced to change out international shipping policies. Buyers are responsible for duties and taxes. You are welcome to use your own carrier to pick up and ship your item, after said item is paid for. When shipping on your account, there is a $50 Fee to cover time, materials and customs forms. Local Pick-Ups Local Pick Ups are encouraged, and is free for all items that can be carried out by you. Heavy items that require Jacks, Dollies, or other equipment are subject to a $50 Fee. Server\Telecom Cabinets that require loading into non-dock height vehicles are subject to a $25 Fee.
