MGL 43 Tape Applicator - Rebuilt ( with OEM Parts )  Computerized  ( No Spotting Wheel )  Computerization triples production over the spotting wheel with extreme accuracy for each individual strip being applied. Adjustments can be made while in production. Tape Placement Accuracy  + or - 1/8" New Bearings - New Rollers - Entire Electrical System Replaced. - New Variable Speed Motor -  0-145' per minute. Price is for Base unit. 6 tape head capacity. Adapted to 12 if needed.  Each NEW High Speed MGL Tape Head needed additional - $1,685.00. Runs Transfer And Double-Coated Tapes, Edge Re-Inforcing Tapes, and Foam Tapes. We have a list of tapes recommended for ease of production with these units. Price includes training and maintenance procedures for longevity of equipment. We had the 3rd unit ever built by MGL in full production from 1973 until 2007. Included in the price is an Estimating Program designed in Microsoft Excel for easy tracking of jobs, costs of goods, and profitability. We have 41 years experience with these units. This unit will make you a major player in this industry with your customer base.
