Custom Fabricating Solutions (LLC) gladly presents its first product: the Micro-Adjuster for a table saw fence (or router table) with table thicknesses of .75" to 2".  Specifically engineered for commercial Biesemeyer-style T-square fences, this added accessory allows operators to expertly adjust their cuts by dialing in the exact dimensions they need.  We found that most people can set up a fence quickly or precisely: this allows nearly everyone to accomplish both reliably and with reproducibility.           In our business, we often found that we needed to bring our material in to size, gradually.  After years of getting as close as we could through experience and estimation, we developed a system that was calibrated to adjust cutting coordinates by 5-10 thousandths.  When we needed to trim in terms of thousandths, this system made cutting much more efficient: fewer man-hours spent, with less material wasted.  After years of modifying and simplifying our prototypes, we're eager to introduce the Micro-Adjuster to others.  In our experience, our Micro-Adjuster is the best and most practical calibrated fence adjuster currently on the market.     This design (patent pending) is machined from one-piece billet aluminum, with the moving parts made from stainless steel and black oxide.  The T-handle and adjustment knob, also of billet aluminum, give the user an ergonomic and solid grip on the task at hand, with the wear resistance of 1018 billet steel used for the pressure plate.  These materials give the Micro-Adjuster strength without adding unnecessary weight, and will provide years of robust reliability.  With a Biesemeyer fence, experienced operators can use both sides of their T-square; the Micro-Adjuster is ambidextrous, so these users can maximize their potential, whatever the cutting conditions.  Likewise, experienced end-users can employ two or more Micro-Adjusters to allow for multiple cutting coordinates with minimal adjustment time. We are very proud to say that all of our material--as well as our machining and assembly--is manufactured and made in America (although we aren't terribly sure about the set screws...).  It has been engineered to meet and exceed the demands of commercial use.  Though other designs and other products are available, we haven't encountered another adjuster as practical as ours which can still stand up to the rigors of an industrial/commercial environment, as well as afford an operator such consistently accurate control.    Hopefully we have already convinced you or your supervisor of the value of this product (and therefore your time and money) but there will be a video demonstration and website dedicated to this and other upcoming products from Custom Fabricating Solutions (LLC). Thank you for considering our company and our product for your precision-measuring and cutting operations.
