Micro Design model Comette microfiche reader. AM Bruning 4005. made by Bell & Howell. Our genealogical society is selling it, because the society no longer needs this item. The lamp lights when the switch is turned on. However, the lens that magnifies the image is missing, so it is not possible to read items placed in the viewer. As of this posting, two eBay sellers have what appear to be the lens assembly for a Micro Design reader: https://www.ebay.com/itm/112973559024 https://www.ebay.com/itm/124018775589   The corner of the mirror in the top of the unit broke during one of the moves of our equipment. The mirror was repaired with SuperGlue, see photos. The left side of viewing screen shows the cracks that were repaired.  Free local pickup, or you pay shipping
