 This sale is for a used Middleby Marshall 360q oven. It came out of a Domino's store in fall 2014 because volume had gotten so great that they needed to upgrade to larger oven. We bought it originally in 2009. It was from a closed down pizza hut and was seized in a tax lien. At the time we upgraded from Lincoln 1000's to the 360. The store was doing 9k a week in 2009 and now does over 30k per week so the MM360 just wasn't cutting it anymore. But the oven was great for what it was. Over the years we replaced a blower motor and the temp control. Its just a standard workhorse oven. $20k a week is definitely doable with this oven. Easy to clean. Easy to fix. This is the old school staple for many pizza stores over the past 30 years This one is ready to rock and roll. Professionally cleaned. Ready for pickup in the Burlington, NC area. Priced to sell.
