This is a MIDMARK 002-1139-00 PCB Board for the 647, NON-PROGRAMABLE Podiatry Table / Chair. This board was installed for testing only but must be considered used even though it has had virtually no use at all. I am offering a 14 day warranty on this item. All equipment I have for sale is inspected for functionality and signs of damage. Items may have signs of wear, scratches, etching from various facilities or stains.
