You may have noticed my other Miehle V-50 Vertical press parts sales. I have a Heidelberg KSBA, and it works a LOT better than the vertical. I even have some tricks to let me get closer to the gripper with a numbering machine, perf, and score, so I am disassembling the V-50 and selling it part by part. Let me know if you have any specific part you want me to list, and I'll endeavor to list it ASAP. This sale is for the Feeder Arm Shaft Bushing, part #22680 and the Control Valve Rod Assembly, parts #22476, 22475, 22477, TP-108, TP-100. This is the long steel shaft that most of the parts in the first VA parts page are mounted on, and the long control rod assembly that goes inside the bushing. They are in very good condition, with some superficial scratches and rust on exposed areas, but the very good condition is the product of lots of oiling. If you are looking for a very nice thick steel pipe to carry around in your car or truck for self defense (and you can claim to law enforcement that you are just transporting a press part), this is the one, but you need some upper body strength to wield it with dexterity. Remember, even John Henry had a 12 pound hammer, and this is a little heavier. The parts that go on the right end are also for sale on a different post. They are the Separator Frame Cam and Shaft Collar. The press was completely refurbished around 1980 and was used pretty much continuously for the next 15 years, when I got the KSBA. The vertical was then used only sporadically until about 2003. After 2003, it was used virtually never, maybe 2 - 5 jobs a year. All my parts are unbroken and uncracked. I will tell you if there is any significant issue with a part. If I put a part up for purchase, it is because I believe that someone can use it.
