These are brand new, heavy duty military surplus mounting rails for the 5kw and 10kw military generators.  What you are buying is one kit which includes:  --- two rails -- two spacer gauges for properly setting the distance between the rails, rail mounting bolts, and instructions, These kits were primarily used to mount 5 & 10 kw generators to M116 trailers, but they have many other uses... Besides mounting to a trailer, this kit will allow one to build a solid base for the generator, and fasten the rails to that base to provide a good substructure for installing the generator in a fixed place.  If the generator has to be moved, the substructure can remain intact.  It sure beats laying the generator on the ground! Here is what the pictures are trying to show.... 1)  A picture of the two mounting rails with two spacer gauges 2)  A picture of the two gauges set between the rails.  These just lay in between the rails to make sure that the rail to rail spacing is correct and equal to the depth of the generator.  Once you have that correct, the gauges are removed and discarded. 3)  A good shot of the pre-drilled holes.  The two inner holes are for the 803a,802a and the outer holes are for the 003, 004 generators. 4)  The generator hovering over the rails.  You can see how the holes line up exactly with the holes in the generator skid. 5)  The generator resting on the rails with grade 8 bolts (included in the kit) attached. 6)  A close up of the grade 8 bolt installed. For a mobile installation, imagine fastening casters to the rails so that the 1000+ pound generator can be easily moved about the garage when not in use.  Setting the brake on the casters will keep the unit in one place when parked or running. They come with all the items mentioned above in a cardboard box for easy shipping.   *******************************shipping ************************************ I've shipped one of these kits to Maryland and it was around 60 dollars; they weigh about 50 pounds in the  box.  I can get a firm quote for you if I get your zip code.  I can ship them UPS to you if you wish, but I'll need your zip code to calculate cost.
