 This is a new, unused diode that was sealed in the original plastic bay until I opened it for a photo.  The bag, as you can see, is a little dirty, and had worn through in the hex-head nut area of the diode, which, intern, got the nut dirty.   I tested the device with my digital meter and there is continuity between the base and the cable terminal.  There are two small containers of lubricant in the bag.
Condition:
