Miller High Frequency Arc Starter Weld Stabilizer HF-251D-1 for Tig Welder Description : MILLER  HIGH  FREQUENCY  ARC  STARTER # HF-251D-1   Stock # 042388   S/N: KJ118711 115 Volt   1.5 Amp  .09 kW  1 Ph   50-100 Hz  60%DC In good used condition, powers up nicely - see pictures.  Slight bend in over, and minor scuffs. *Please note - This tool was used in my father's construction company during his 30+ years in this line of business.  Other than what is described above I can not make any guarantees on the functionality of this tool.  These tools that I have listed have been in storage for a least a few years and may or may not need upgrades, calibration, new seals, etc.  All tools are sold as is.  I will do my best to answer any and all questions, but please know I am not an expert on these.
