Manufacturer's Description: C300 Capping Machine: The model C300 is a cycle on demand machine that waits for the operator to place the container against a V-block switch in order to start the cycle. The machine automatically stops at the end of the cycle and the operator removes the container. The C300 includes a variable speed motor and will produce more than 40 cappings at factory settings. All Benchtop cappers feature an Easy Height Adjustment Crank Handle. The crank is part of a rack and pinion height adjustment system that allows for height adjustment for up to 13 INCH TALL Containers. All capping machines (except the 50PD) use an adjustable torque clutch. Torque is adjusted by turning clutch lock nuts. Single Cycle Cappers feature a v-block switch (part #C316E) that helps the operator accurately place the bottle in the correct position time after time. *Continuous Cycle cappers feature a similar back stop less the actuator switch. Precautions are always to be taken around any moving machinery or equipment. Please, do not treat capping machinery as an exception. The adjustable column lock handle, when tightened, prevents the capper from slipping down the column.
