Applied Materials / AMAT helium cooling control box, has pcb, gas weldments, and 2 MKS MFC's.  Unit sold as-is, we cannot currently re-test, it was working at the time of the system decommission.  The unit looks to be in extremely good condition.  Ideally use as whole assembly, or also great for parts such as the MKS MFC 649A12T51CAVR-S controllers, control PCB, gas weldments.
