The Exxon Mobil Rarus 827 is a premium compressor oil engineered for mild to harsh industrial applications. Engineered to meet the stringent requirements of major compressor brands, the Rarus 827 was manufactured with design-specific synthetic base-oils and a high quality additive package. The minimal ash and carbon formation of the Rarus 827 compressor lubricant allows for higher valve and overall compressor performance. Being a flexible compressor oil, it is also recommended for both single and multistage compressors operating under harsh conditions. It also offers longer oil life, improved filter life, and minimal maintenance costs. While oil resistant paints are not affected by the Rarus 827, lacquer, varnish, pvc, and acrylic paints are not recommended. The Exxon Mobil Rarus 827 is well-suited with all types of air compressors, but specifically recommended for reciprocating air compressors. It also performs effectively even with multistage units that has history on excessive oil degradation, and operates efficiently even under severe conditions.
