Call for more information: 805-879-5270 Ed One propane screw compressor unit, top mounted with a horizontal oil separator, with customer supplied air cooled oil cooling.  Location is outdoors, hazardous area, Class 1 Group D, Division 2. Included is the following: Cast iron body propane compressor with Variable Vi control Suction and discharge stop and check valves Suction Strainer and suction check valve, standard carbon steel material single oil pump, cast iron body, with 15 HP TEFC motor Oil pump discharge check valve dual oil filters Oversized oil separator, 42" od (3) oil separator heaters Stainless Steel tube fittings FES System3 Paint: (blast, prime, inter coat, finish coat, Ameron Epoxy system). GForce microprocessor Control panel, NEMA4X SS enclosure with type Z purge for div 2 area Pressure Transducers, FES standard, manufactured by Danfoss, suitable for division 2 area Temperature Sensors, FES standard, solid state design by United Electric, suitable for division 2 area Piping per ASME B31.3 Flanged Connection on Oil Separator for customer supplied PSV. Oil charge Economizer Pressure Regulating Valve Motor, 1500 HP, 1.15 Service Factor, WPII enclosure, 4160/3/60, suitable for division 2 area Motor includes 120v space heater, 100 ohm stator RTD's, and 100 ohm bearing RTD's. Motor has self lubricated sleeve bearings.  Motor manufacturer is Siemens or equal. Flanged Customer connections for suction, discharge, economizer, and oil lines Insulation of Oil Separator for low ambient Estimated size of each  16 Feet Long X 9 Ft Wide X  12 Feet Tall. 28,000 lbs Damage: We will email you a PDF with photos of the damaged area.
