It is 100% FULLY FUNCTIONAL, but you will have to provide your own cables. Payment Information PayPal is the only form of payment we accept. “This unit has been previously used, however it remains in overall GOOD physical condition! The exterior metal casing has a few scratches here and there to the top & bottom, but the functionality of the device is not affected. We have included several photos for your convenience. The scratches do not affect the functionality of the unit - it still works fine, however no additional cables are included (you will have to purchase any cables you may need to operate the device separately).
