Must be returned in the original packaging. Returned item must be properly packed & insured for return shipment. Physical condition of product when returned. On any returns the buyer will be responsible for: original packing costs, shipping costs, storage fees from the carrier, return shipping costs, restocking fees, cancellation fees, repair charges for any damages incurred, and any charges disclosed as non-refundable. If cancellation is not submitted by the buyer in enough time for the seller to hold shipment from the supplier; it will then be considered a return request.   If the supplier does not allow cancellation (i.e. manufactured-to-order items), the seller reserves the right to deny the request.
