MODEL MRS2, MOLD RELEASE SPRAY GUN Model MRS2 pressure-feed air atomizing mold release spray gun quickly applies water-base and solvent mold release fluids and oils. Save money applying these fluids when purchased in bulk containers versus costly aerosols. FINISH SYSTEMS can provide the Model MRS2 separately, or with a supply system and hose set ranging from 2 quarts to 20 gallons in capacity utilizing a pressure tanks made from aluminum, coated steel, or stainless steel. Applications Mold Release guns commonly used to apply oils, and mold release agents in the manufacturing of such products as; rubber, plastic, composites, wood fiber composites, panel pressing, concrete, stone veneers and polyurethane parts. Suitable for use on a wide variety of molding and other processes, including laminating, extruding, filament winding and hose manufacturing to keep tools clean longer and productivity levels high.
