The following description was found from internet sources believed to be reliable, however, seller makes no guaranty to its accuracy.  All products are sold as-is. 244 Specifications: / 1000 Output Accuracy, .10% of reading, +/- 100 mV 1KV RISE and FALL TIME (1017E or PROBE) 10-90% </= 2.5m Sec.  (244AL is the newer version, following may not fully represent product for sale) The model 244AL is a Model 244A ISOPROBE® Electrostatic Voltmeter with its measurement range reduced to make precision high-speed, low-noise electrostatic measurements in the range of ±15 volts. This range reduction enables the instrument to resolve 10 mV on the surface. Front panel zero and balance controls elminate zero shift with spacing changes.
