Motenergy ME1004 PMDC Motor, 24-48V, 10.75 hp cont, 21 hp pk This is a Permanent Magnet, Brush Type, DC Motor with Neodymium Iron Boron Magnets. The 1" shaft is similar to the shaft on most Lawn and Garden Tractor engines. This motor is perfect for an engine replacement on a Lawn and Garden tractor when converting the tractor to electric propulsion. No motor control is necessary for an engine-swap, but you will need to add a Contactor, Fuse, and 48 VDC batteries. Capable of 200 amps continuous, and 400 amps for 1 minute. The efficiency is 90%. Any special instructions or requests must be communicated to an Electric Motorsport prior to placing your order or upon notification of a backorder. If no requests or instructions are given, Electric Motorsport will ship at it's own discretion. After placing an order, battery kits can sometimes require up to 2 weeks or more to ship if the BMS requires programming. PMAC kits also require up to 2 weeks or more build time depending on order volume and workload. Electric Motorsport ships to any state within the continental United States and its territories, as well as most countries worldwide. To help speed up delivery, international buyers should provide their tax ID and broker information if possible. International shipping rates do not include any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other fees related to importation- these costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Commonly used carriers include UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, and USPS among others. Only UPS, FedEx, and USPS can be displayed on the website at this time. Some time sensitive shipments or shipments containing batteries may be switched to another carrier without notice to avoid delays or incompatibility. If you prefer to use a freight forwarder or have an account with a specific carrier, you must choose "customer pickup" as the shipping method and contact Electric Motorsport for instructions. Excessively heavy and bulky orders (freight shipments) are usually shipped crated and/or on a pallet. Freight shipping quotes cannot be generated by the website, so in this case "customer pickup" should be selected. When the order is received, Electric Motorsport will contact you with a shipping quote. Most domestic shipping quotes can be generated in the same day, however; some international freight quotes may take longer due to the responsiveness of carriers. Freight shipments may require additional handling time and fees. Electric Motorsport is a certified IATA/DOT dangerous goods shipper. Dangerous goods (batteries) are heavily regulated and international door to door delivery might not be possible to some countries. If door to door delivery is not possible, the freight can usually be delivered to a major airport where you can pick up the goods from customs. Domestic dangerous goods shipping is typically not a problem, but if an issue arises, you will be notified. Dangerous goods shipments may require additional handling time and fees. Tracking numbers are usually available shortly after the item has shipped. Log in to your online customer account to track your order. When your order is received, check the contents versus the packing list immediately and report any missing or incorrect items to Electric Motorsport on the same day or next day at the latest. In the event that items ordered are damaged or lost during the shipping process, you must also contact Electric Motorsport immediately. If a package arrives with visibly damaged outer packaging, make sure the delivery person notes the damages. Take photos of the damaged merchandise and packaging. Save all packaging and wait for further instruction. Do not send anything back with out an RMA (return merchant authorization) number- your package will be refused. The Electric Motorsport shipping department is open Monday-Friday (US holidays excepted) 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. The shipping cutoff time is 2:00 PM PST. All will call pickups must be scheduled in advance- no walkups. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Before returning any items to Electric Motorsport, you must request an RMA number by phone or email. If approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number is used to track returned items and must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Packages without an RMA will be refused and returned to the shipper. No credit will be issued for any items without an RMA number. Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. All returned items will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned new and unused in their original packaging. Items returned in other than their original condition will be considered used and a higher restocking fee will be proportionally assessed. Consumables such as Batteries are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item is being returned due to our error, Electric Motorsport will either refund your item or offer a store credit. If you have a defective item, Electric Motorsport may direct you to send your product directly to the manufacturer. Again, please do not attempt to send an item back to us unless you obtain an RMA number and are instructed to do so. If you wish to exchange a purchased item, Electric Motorsport will issue a store credit for the full purchase price (not including shipping) and apply this credit to the replacement item(s) after receiving the return shipment. Cancelled orders that have been processed are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Please contact Electric Motorsport for restrictions, such as items sold "as is" or used products.
