The second robot is fitted with a Yasnac ERC K065SB 5 axis controller, an ENCM RP676 power supply operating at 200/220 V and 60/60 HZ, and also comes with a transformer. This robot has a serial number of RH99895956-1-1 dated June 1989 and has a newer Hyperfeed wire feeder and an air-cooled torch set up for .035 wire. It is accompanied by a Motoman dial table and powered by a Hobart Excel-Arc 6045 CV. Three Motoman welding robots are available for sale. The first one is equipped with a Yasnac ERC K6SB 6 axis controller, an ENCM-RP676 power supply operating at 200/220V and 60/60HZ and 3 phases, and comes with a transformer. This robot has a serial number of RPN701-2X1A-10 dated October 1992 and is set up with a good feeder and air-cooled welding torch for .045 wire. Its table is a Ferguson 16 station index with a new motor, and it is powered by a Hobart Arc Master 351. Both robots were removed from production in October 2014, and both welded mild steel parts with half-inch welds. They performed very well with minimal splatter. The third robot is a collection of parts only. This robot is equipped with a Yasnac ERC 6 axis controller, an ENCM-RP633 power supply dated August 1987. Its robot serial number is RH9964-7061-5 and was removed from production three years ago. The controller boards are the same as robots 1 and 2, but the robot manipulator is different. These robots have had regular maintenance done on a PM schedule.
