This an MCS 2000 UHF 45w transceiver up for sale. It has been tested and is fully functioning. Please note that it is currently programmed to affiliate with a trunking system. It will flash "out of range" when you get it. You will need to program in your frequencies, and you are responsible for all programming. The radio model is set up for 450-470MHz....HOWEVER, you can hex edit the programming software and change it to 430-470MHz with excellent results. This is what I do. I currently have five of these units. I use them for HAM and GMRS. The radio we have here is a late producrion model in excellent condition. Here is what is included: Working radio Microphone.. The insulator/strain relief on the mic cord may be missing. The mic has been tested and is working. Non OEM accessory connector with bare wire speaker pig tail. OEM speaker with bare wires for connecting to the accessory connector pigtail. Radio mounting bracket and screws Speaker mounting bracket with non OEM screws NO power cable is included. If you are unsure what I am talking about about or cannot HEX edit or don't have a clue about programming these units, please do NOT buy them... I video tape them working when shipped.
