This radio is in very good working condition! The radio has been fully tested and works to specs. The radio will have some signs of cosmetic wear from use and may have markings from previous owners. The radio does come with the NEW STUBBY VHF antenna, used desktop charger w/power supply and the used battery that will take a normal charge and power on the radio. I ALWAYS recommend purchasing a NEW battery for optimal performance. Free Programming is for conventional programming only. You MUST provide any and all frequency information. You MUST provide this information to me either prior to or at the time of checkout via the EBAY MESSAGE CENTER.
