Motorola MPS-U57 (exactly the same specifications as the NTE189 and ECG189 replacement semiconductors). Silicon PNP medium power transistor in the Motorola "uni-watt" package. Rated for 1 Watt free air, 10 Watts when properly heat-sunk, maximum of 2 Amps and 100 volts. The price is per transistor.  If you are purchasing 5 or more I will discount the price down to $8.25US each. Multiple shipping methods are available, so please contact me to discuss your preferred method and the cost before paying PayPal, and this is particularly important when purchasing multiple items in the same shipment. Economy shipping options of "Light Packet" to USA does not include insurance and neither does the equivalent of "Other Lettermail" in Canada (which only costs $1.80 shipping within Canada, about $4 to the USA), this latter option is available though not listed as a shipping option on the ebay menu, so if you are selecting this method of shipping you assume all responsibility. About half of my shipments have been done by economy shipping methods.
