This is a very nice clean Mr. Coffee 45 cup Urn Percolator. It is in very good clean working condition. It has been very gently used. It is stainless steel, including the basket. The basket lifts out for easy cleaning and filling. It has the sight glass tube on the front so when you fill it, it shows the water level and measures cups. It has a two way non drip spout to dispense the coffee. It has the ready light and on light, ready light goes on when it is finished brewing. The urn condition is gently used with some light wear signs, but the urn is in nice shiny condition. It has plastic handles on the side and this is a nice heavy duty Urn with a non slip bottom. It is commercial grade. It has a Twist Lock Lid. Cool Touch Handles, Lighted On/Off switch and Coffee Ready light. It does come with the User Manual, but does not come with the original box. It does have a hair line crack on right side of black plastic on right side but it does not effect anything. Cord is in very good clean condition with no burns or cracks.
