This Multivac R126 Thermoformer was manufactured in 2010 and is in excellent, like new condition. It offers an excellent solution for any form, fill and seal applications. It was used for R & D purposes and never put into Production. There is very little use on this machine. The nominal width is 420mm with the ability to thermoform flexible and semi-rigid thermoplastics. The R126 is customizable to individual application requirements. The R126 is suitable for integration of additional equipment as the open IPC 05 control system enables the integration of handling modules, labeling systems, slicers, multi-head weighers and other equipment. This Multivac R126 also comes with an auxiliary print station for top side part printing during production. This Multivac mold system uses a fixed outer mold with a drop-in chase and inserts that create the separated cavities and cavity bottom. All cavities are female and forming is done with vacuum only. If a male feature is required, it must be able to drop down into a female cavity first.
