Manufacturer's Description: The N&K 1500 Series Manual-Load Metrology Systems Broadband spectrophotometry for film thickness measurements on semiconductor wafers. Spotsize: 1mm The n&k 1500 system is designed for handling 100mm, 150mm and 200mm wafers . These systems simultaneously determine film thickness, n and k in the spectral range of 190-1000nm, and provide non-destructive, real time, high throughput measurements directly on the device. These analyzers are best suited for R&D applications for blanket films on magnetic disks, small coupons and other opaque substrates. The n&k 1500 series are equipped with an automated X-Y stage for full sample mapping.
