We connected the camera, remote and LED wires up properly. We than connected the item to a monitor. We were able to see our eye on the monitor. We were able to use the remote properly. Both LED lights worked. This item includes all wires, strap, batteries, power adapter and case. From our testing we believe this item to be fully functional.
