NATMAR Thermoset Heat Seal Machine Hat Press - Fusing Textiles, Patches, Emblems Product Description NATMAR Thermoset I Heat Seal Machine This machine measures approximately 34" tall, 9" wide and 12" deep (from front to back) It is made out of durable steel and painted blue The curved platen is perfect for fusing patches, labels, emblems and other textile items onto the bills of hats and other garments. The temperature of the thermostatically controlled platens can be adjusted and the timer can be set to meet many different heat sealing needs. Both upper and lower platens are heated and teflon covered or pads are bonded to aluminum. The HTop head is insulated to maintain consistent temperatures This machine features two hand activation to keep your hands safe and out of the way of the platens. The activation lights for each platen will light up. There are also bumper guards around the platens and a touch sensitive safety bar for additional safety. The emergency stop button can be pressed to immediately stop the machine should anything go wrong. Maintenance should be fairly simple on this machine. It was designed with the idea that it should be maintained frequently to ensure continued, safe use. The electircal fuse is mounted on the front and it is designed to give access to the hood with minimal work. The air cylinder is present but we have no compressor or other source to see if it works beyond heating up. All of the knobs and buttoms turn and press like they should.
