If the unit is found to be non-functional within the 30-day period, the buyer must notify TDX Tech of the deficiency immediately. We will determine if the unit needs to be returned, and a replacement unit will be shipped. If a replacement unit is unavailable, the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price. We have a business presence in all 50 states and Canada, which means that we are obligated to pay your local sales tax.
