This was a privately used machine and now selling because we use a contract service to send our mailings and invoices. The machine comes with everything pictured. A user manual is downloadable from the Neopost website. SHIPPING: At the conclusion of the auction, buyer will receive a paypal invoice for the total, plus an additional $250 for shipping and packaging. Once the package is brought to the shipping company, packaged, and weighed, I will send the buyer a total from the shipper.
