It is for parts only because the freezing mechanism doesn't seem to work as it should. The machine powers on but doesn't cool down to that "freeze" that is should. Also it was only tested with water, so that could be the reason too. Please contact us for any questions or concerns you may have regarding this unit. Warranty This is being sold as is. Our 30-Day Moneyback Guarantee does not apply. Shipping Standard Domestic Shipping Standard shipping methods are chosen at our discretion, either by USPS First-Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground . Our standard shipping price listed is only good for the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. Territories, and International will need to contact us and ask for a shipping quote. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility. UPS overnight is only available until 2pm EST in order for us to ship on the same day. Please call to verify we've received your overnight request. Same day shipping overnight is not available during holidays or weekends. If you are sending to a PO Box, your purchase must be shipped via USPS, either First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post, without exception. Freight For larger and sensitive items that we have designated for freight shipment, please contact us for a shipping quote, preferably before purchasing since it may affect your decision to purchase. When requesting a freight shipment quote, please include your address, with our not you are a business, and whether you will require lift gate or inside delivery. If you have any questions concerning freight shipment, feel free to ask. Damage Shipments If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear images before & after opening your package to document the extent of the damage. The claim will require pictures of different angles of the box/crate before opening, and the damaged product(s) after opening. Email us immediately with your order number, found on the top of your invoice, along with the images and we'll begin the claim process. Will-Call Will-call is available for those arranging their own freight carriers and local pick-ups. Since we're predominantly an online store, there will be a nominal handling fee for all will-calls. Special Packaging For high value and high sensitivity items require special packaging, we use several layers of bubble wrap and shrink wrap to seal the product in a protective bubble bubble so the product always arrives in the condition you purchased it in. If you check our feedback you will see we never have any of our equipment arrive damaged due to improper packaging! International shipping As previously stated, our standard shipping price listed is only good for the continental United States. All standard International Shipments do not offer confirmation or insurance, but they can be included for an additional cost.
