It has never been used and never had oil in it. Comes with New HEPA filter. The Fryer has some cosmetic damage (from auction company handling it) shown in pictures, a small dent on one side and small scratches, other than that it is in excellent condition. I called Perfect Fry and found out the machine had never been activated, so I got the code to activate operation of the fryer. The preset cook menus need to be set, right now it just operations on manual. If you have any question let me know.
