Product Overview: Liquid rubber in a can — the fast, easy way to repair leaks around your home Sprays on to form a flexible seal that's airtight, waterproof and lasts for years Unaffected by blazing heat while maintaining more flexibility in extreme cold than the leading competitor Won't drip, sag, chip, crack or peel Bonds to all types of metal, wood, plastic, brick, concrete, PVC and more Paint over to make a beautiful, virtually invisible seal The fast, easy way to make a wide variety of household repairs — before they grow into major problems that require the service and expense of a professional. Ideal for sealing: Drafty windows Gutters Downspouts Roofs Unpressurized Pipes Shingles Skylights Chimneys Flashing Ductwork A/C units RVs Campers And More!           DIRECTIONS: SHAKE WELL. Hold can in an upright position, with arrow on button pointed away from you, approximately 10-12 inches from the surface. Using a sweeping motion, spray on a clean, dry surface. Apply several light coats, rather than one thick coat. Spray the area beyond the leak, feathering the edges. DRY TIME: 2 hours – set to touch 8 hours – surface dry 14 hours – thoroughly dry HELPFUL TIPS: Protect hands with solvent resistant gloves and protect eyes with chemical splash goggles. For best results, apply at temperatures above 60°F and avoid strong breezes. Not for use on cracks or holes under hydrostatic pressure. Not for use on potable water containers. Clear the nozzle after each use by inverting the can and pressing the button in short bursts. Prior to using this product, you should always read the entire label including all cautions. COVERAGE: One 14 ounce can will treat 2 to 11 square feet, depending on the thickness and number of coats. CLEAN-UP: Use Paint Thinner or Odorless Mineral Spirits to clean-up. IMPORTANT: For major repairs, consult a professional. Although suitable for many applications, Flexible Sealer may not be appropriate for all substrates. To ensure the leak is repaired, always closely inspect to ensure a tight seal.
