It can save you lots of time by weighing the pallets and moving them around at the same time. Its capacity is as high as 5000 lbs and it is accurate to 1 lb. Additional features include the following: Four high quality alloy load cells ensure that the unit is completely accurate within its full load range. Patented Smooth-in and Smooth-out low profile design – ideal for all standard pallets. Easy to read indicator with large LCD display – equipped with a rechargeable battery. Tare function covers this versatile unit’s full capacity range. The deck plate, tubes and channels are made of 3/16 inch thick steel to ensure great durability. First class pump is used. All the wheels are covered by nylon rims. Four alloy steel shear beam load cells are mounted on a 1/2” thick steel plates which are firmly welded onto the fork plate. The full length load cell cables are connected to the stainless steel junction box through the tubes (no exposed wires). The scale comes with PS-IN103 indicator with rechargeable battery. The indicator also has counting function, accumulation, animal weighing and check weighing. Last but not least, the scale is beautifully painted with long- lasting powder coating. Why a completely sealed Indicator is more durable than a integrated display board? Our pallet jack scale comes with a completely sealed indicator, and a completely sealed junction box which can protect your scale from dust, moisture, and vibration efficiently. Some pallet jack scales are designed with integrated indicator board (not completely sealed), and the summing board (not completely sealed either). This structure is not as good as the completely sealed design because the dust, and moisture can get into the boards easily and effect the performance of your scale.
