This rugged sealed timer was made for the military.  Time delay is fixed at 15 minutes.  The motor and clutch operate from 28V DC. There is 1 switch inside.   This is a mechanical marvel.  When 28V is applied to terminals # 1 and 2, terminal 3 becomes hot.  There is a DC motor running a clock-work mechanism inside. After 15 minutes terminal 4 becomes hot and terminal 3 is dead.  The relay will stay in this state as long as power is applied to terminal 1 and 2.  When the power is removed, the timer will rewind to re-set itself.  This takes 7 minutes. Dimensions:  4" x 3 1/4" x 2 1/4" and weighs about 1 1/2lbs. This timer was tested today and it works.
