Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution. To create these custom hard hats, we begin with a sturdy Omega II Class 1 Class C,E and G hard hat made by ERB Industries. We enhance the hard hat's durability with a top coat of PPG automotive paint before dipping each hat individually with a custom ink design. Finally, we add a glossy clear coat that ensures the design's longevity. Introducing our new Hydro Dipped Hard Hat featuring a Route 66 Sticker Bomb design and a convenient ratchet suspension. These hard hats are embellished with a unique Water Transfer Printed or 3D Printed design that will not easily fade or scratch. Each hard hat is individually dipped and boasts a completely unique design. We currently offer 20 different patterns of water dipped hard hats, including both cap style and full brim options. These hats come standard with an adjustable 6 point ratchet suspension, making it easy to find the perfect fit. All of our patterns are available for immediate shipment. However, please note that larger orders may require an additional 2-3 days to complete. It's important to note that, since the hard hats have been modified from the factory, they cannot be classified as ANSI class 1 hard hats. That said, our process of adding multiple layers of paint, ink, and glossy coating can actually enhance the hard hat's shell strength, creating a safer experience for the wearer.
