This Hypro 6500C 6-roller pump features a cast iron (C) housing and rotor, and is equipped with Super Rollers and Viton shaft seals. This 9 lb., positive displacement pump features a counterclockwise pump shaft rotation. Notes: It is recommended to use the 23120a-1/2 or 6815-1/2 model regulator with this pump. Hypro Roller Pumps are great for the agricultural spraying and transferring of an array of liquids that might include insecticides, herbicides, aromatic solvents, emulsives, liquid fertilizers and other non-abrasive liquids. It is recommended to purchase a repair kit for this pump at the same time you purchase the pump just in case your pump experiences frictional wear because in all machines with moving parts, some frictional wear is unavoidable. The cast iron (C) pump is to be used if you are only pumping water and can be used in agricultural applications for pumping chemicals like herbicide.
