This is a Miller Rodless Guided High Load Bearing Capacity Slide with end mounts, Model #SRL2-MOO-25B-600 with 6 Inches of stroke and 25mm Bore. Slide measures 2" wide x 5 1/4" long and the assembly measures 13 1/2" overall. Non-rotating load carrying capability without additional guide rods and bearings.
