The MK-1503-Air pneumatic wet polishing tool is designed for continuous production applications and improved safety. Cast from aircraft aluminum, the MK-1503-Air is one of the most durable tools of its kind on the market for polishing stone. The watertight sealed bearings provide long life and smooth rotational speeds. The water and air controls are simple to use and conveniently located. Rear air vent removes exhaust through a hose protector, away from operator’s hands. It consumes 16 CFM at 90 PSI, requiring a 5 HP compressor. Maximum disc size is 5”. The MK-1503-Air comes with 25' water hose, 5' air hose, 3' air/water hose protector, D-handle and wrenches. The MK-1503 Air kit also includes 4" resin polishing disc set, hard rubber back plate disc, and carrying case.
