I received this as a Christmas gift but already bought a calendar I like:) MEASUREMENTS: • 12 inches in length • 12 inches in width This item comes from a smoke-free home!! However, I understand if you didn't notice right away or just need a little more time to pay ... so I'm happy to wait a couples days longer, till I contact you for payment. After that, I will send a friendly invoice email requesting payment. Then, if more then a week goes by, I will send a 2nd notification. After 24 hours and still no communication, I will open a claim in the resolution center to get my final value fees refunded to me or you have one more chance to complete the transaction and pay. I am very understanding so as long as there is communication we can work something out that makes both of us happy:). SHIPPING: I either use flat rate boxes/envelopes, standard parcel post, 1st class shipping, or media mail (whatever is cheapest for you and goes best with the item:). Please Note: sometimes I forget to specify the correct shipping method in the listing so please be understanding. However, I usually notify you with the shipping preference immediately after shipping...please let me know immediately before payment if you are in a rush to receive the item &amp; We will discuss it further. I aways use the U.S. Postal Service. Packages usually take an average of 2-9 business days. For certain items like CDs, I do not purchase tracking and just use stamps, just to help you save a little on shipping:). If this will be done, I usually add this info in the item's description section. Please notify me if you would like to add tracking and I will send an invoice with the adjusted total price. Please allow 2 days of handling. I go to the post office an average of 3 times a week and your item may fall on a weekend schedule so please keep that in mind. I usually visit the Post office Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and sometimes on Saturday. If you would like a different shipping preference or are in a rush please let me know and I will be happy to help:) Shipping cost is calculated by weight using standard us postal services prices. In addition to the shipping cost, $1.05 will be added for tracking information (if it is not already included). Lastly $.50-$75 will be added for packing material, labels, printing ink, and handling. COMBINED SHIPPING: I do accept combined shipping but the shipping cost will have to be adjusted. I will issue an invoice when you are done bidding with all the items you are interested in so please let me know if you decide to make other bids and/or purchases because I may not notice on my own, especially if they are days apart. RETURN POLICY: I do ACCEPT RETURNS!!! for most situation so please just email me and we'll work it out.
