A Little About Us: We would like to take this opportunity to introduce DeSite manufacturing's newest line of premium forklift self dumping bins. We know that there are several manufactures to choose from when purchasing bins for resale. We also know that there is a lot of competition in regards to pricing in the bin market. We recognize that we may not be the cheapest in price but we do guarantee that we offer a bin the beat all others in quality, appearance and design features. I will to be upfront with you and let you know that we are an off shore manufacturer, but we are managed by OMH Innovations Inc from North America. OMH not only works directly with our design department and factory managers, but they also handle all of our customer needs in North America. The benefit to you is a direct working relationship with English speaking sales and service people. Here are some of the features that set DeSite Self Dumping bins apart from a standard bin. DeSite Bins have been designed so that the sides of our bins have a 2 inch taper from top to bottom. As you can see from the photo (#8) it is possible to sleeve one bin inside of another so that up to 5 bins can be shipped at one time using the space of only one bin. Bin bases have also be design with multiple unit shipping in mind for shipping a maximum of five bins that take the space of one. This saves hundreds of dollars when shipping multiple bins to a customer. Many bin companies do corner to corner welding in the manufacturing process of their bins. DeSite bins CNC form the edge of our bin panels so that the corners are laminated, doubling the metal thickness. All of our bin plate parts are laser cut by computer to ensure a correct hole placement and a precision fit for the fabrication process. We have designed the dump rail assembly on our bins to be bolted on. Bolting on the dump rails not only allows for multiple bins shipping, but it also allows for the rails to be replaced if they get damaged. We have designed our bins to be maintenance friendly. Bin stops are removable, allowing the bin to be separated from the base quickly for maintenance and repairs when needed Beneath the bin you will find two bin rail alignment rods. (Photos #6 & 7) We have installed these rods to adjust and control the track alignment as the bin is dumping. DeSite bins have and extended base that allows our bins to rotate further forward that and any other bins. This increases the dump angle for better dumping with wet or difficult material.
