New Thomson 2REM12 x 450mm 'SuperSlide' Linear Belt-Drive Actuator, High Accuracy 60mm Motor Mount, 14mm Dia. Coupler 300mm Stroke Length (11.81") w/ Thomson NemaTRUE NT23-005-POS-Q Planetary Gearhead 5:1 Ratio **Auction price is for 1 actuator, I have 3 available** These are new (unused surplus) Thomson 2REM12 x450mm linear belt-drive actuators that are in perfect working condition. I have three of these actuators available, two of them are new but not in original packaging and one is brand new still sealed in original plastic, the sealed unit will be shipped to the first buyer. The linear rails are 12mm diameter (fully supported). It has a heavy-duty 20mm wide belt drive. The tooth pitch on the belt is 3mm and there are 28-tooth pulleys mounted at both ends of the actuator, so the drive pitch is 84mm, this means that one full turn of pulley = 84mm of movement. The drive end has a Thomson NemaTRUE gearhead attached, it is a model NT23-005 with a 5:1 ratio so it will require 5 turns of the motor to move the carriage 84mm (1 turn of motor = 16.8mm movement). The input side of the gearhead frame measures 60mm sq. and the input shaft collar measures 14mm (will work with a 60mm motor with 14mm dia. shaft) These actuators are very fast, with a max travel speed of 3,000mm per second.
