Varn Dampening System Cleaner Superior Cleaner For Maintaining Dampening Systems This cleaner works quickly to remove scum, slime, ink and paper debris from dampening fountain pans, feed lines and recirculators. Regular use in a dampening system maintenance program will prevent the build-up of slime, residues and other contaminants. This build-up can be a very serious and very expensive problem which can ultimately shut down a press. Varn Dampening System Cleaner, though a strong cleaner, will not harm lines and recirculator pumps. Advantages Quickly and completely removes scum, slime, ink and paper debris Prevents build-up of slime and residues in lines and pumps Regular use avoids costly downtime and lost quality Specifications Flash Point (TCC): >200°F (93°C) VOC (lbs/gal): 1.07 VOC (g/l): 128 Directions HIGHLY CONTAMINATED SYSTEMS: Dilute cleaner 1:1 with warm water. Flush system for at least one hour, then rinse system three times with clean tap water. (Use treated water whenever possible.) WEEKLY MAINTENANCE: Dilute cleaner with 10 parts warm water to 1 part cleaner and flush system for at least 30 minutes. Rinse system twice with clean tap or treated water.
