Has some shelf rash from traveling around the world with the troops. Has apparently been in a moist environment. Paper/cardboard items have some mildew. The handles have some corrosion marks. All of the bulbs were corroded. None worked. I bought a new one. Was able to get the short and medium handle to work. I was getting intermittent results. Most likely my ignorance. If you buy it and want to return it, do so at your cost. I might not have covered all issues with the kit. Not on purpose, just didn't identify them all.
