Chicago Pneumatic is announcing its new line of CP3650 industrial angle grinders and sanders, offering top productivity in a compact and powerful design 2013-04-09 Available in 4” (100mm), 4.5" (115mm), 5" (125mm) and 6” (150mm) wheels capacity versions, the CP3650 grinders and sanders series is light in weight (3.5 lbs) and offers a powerful governed vane motor of 2.3 hp (1700W) to deliver superior torque for high productivity. The CP3650 grinders and sanders have been designed for intensive use and are available with a large choice of accessories to match various applications and abrasives. CP3650 The CP3650 series can be used with grinding wheels, cutting wheels, flap wheels, sanding pads (4” -100mm to 7” -180mm models), and even carbide burrs and mounted points for the collet holder version. Heavy grinding, chamfering, deburring, cutting, and sanding are typical applications where the CP3650 shines by its productivity. Many advanced ergonomic features are also incorporated to the CP3650 Series to greatly improve the operator comfort, safety and productivity. CP3650-120AA5VK Comfort: A vibration damping side handle, ergonomic design to maintain operator's wrist straight, an insulating composite overhousing. Safety: Unique streamlined safety lever and a robust keyless 270° rotative guard. Productivity: The autobalancer reduces abrasive vibrations to improve the contact with the application, and offer a material removal rate up to 15% higher. Additionally, the hardened helical gears provide exceptional durability while the quick change spindle lock eases the abrasive change. These premium advancements allow the new CP3650 grinders and sanders to reign top in their class.
