This set of desk organizers and letter tray from Newell Office Products is made of wood and thick, frosted plastic. The bottoms come with foam pads to prevent scratches on desk surfaces. Please note that this is a used item. While the smaller organizer is like new, the letter tray and larger organizer show some wear with scuffs, dents, and scratches. However, they are still in overall nice condition, with no damage such as cracks or falling parts. The only exception is the smaller right slot in the middle of the large organizer, which has some pencil marks that couldn't be cleaned out. We've provided photos for your reference. Our home is smoke and pet-free. If you need to return an item, please do so within two weeks of receipt, and the item must be in its original condition for us to refund the price of the item. We do not refund items that have been lost/damaged in the mail or returned not in their original state. Additionally, the buyer will shoulder the return shipping costs, and we will only refund the original and return shipping costs if there was an obvious error in the listing. For undeliverable packages or wrong addresses, we will refund the item's price, less any eBay/PayPal fees we incurred. If the buyer wants the item to be resent, they must repay the shipping fee, or we will relist the item. However, we will not give a refund for items lost or damaged due to an incorrect address or if the buyer fails to pick it up from the post office. Payment must be made within four days, or we will file a non-paid item case. We only ship to locations in the United States and mail items 1-5 business days after we have received payment.
